Your satisfaction is our pursuit. In the event that you are not satisfied and you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 14 days of the receipt date.

Returns:

Unworn item may be returned within 14 days from the date item were received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or item will be returned to sender. Refunds will be credited to original credit card only. Because we offer free shipping for your order. The shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund, so a 15% shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your original funds. Exchange:

Exchanges are only allowed when the item are defective or damaged upon receipt, not as per your order or not proper size. Email us firstly because returns without a return authorization from us will not be accepted and you can get the return address. All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process. Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.

Guideline

1. A Return Address must be obtained from customer service to receive a refund. Order number must be written on the outside of the packaging. If order number is not visible or provided, package may get lost or returned back to you.
2. On the packing slip, circle the item(s) being returned. Please indicate reason for return.
3. Pack item securely. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return.
4. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal service. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. 5. Please pay attention, the customer is responsible for shipping charges of the whole exchange process.
